針對馬英九總統在接受媒體訪問時表示，「不後悔處理」立法院長王金平涉入司法關說案，王金平今（26）日表示，他不便置評，不過檢察官評鑑委員會並沒有對他是否關說有所認定。

馬總統日前接受亞洲週刊專訪時表示，由檢評會的結論來看，立法院長王金平「確實有關說」，他對於當時的決策，「完全沒有」後悔。

馬英九說明，在香港這種行為已經構成了妨害司法公正，是要判很重的，在台灣目前這還不是犯罪，即使在立法院立法委員行為法中，規定不可以請託關說，但是並沒有罰則，所以在台灣也許就有人覺得這沒有什麼，但在先進國家，關說司法個案是非常嚴重的事情。

王金平今日上午接見全國家長團體聯盟等團體前，面對媒體詢問此議題時表示，不便置評。

王金平說，檢評會的聲明已指出，沒有就他的事情有所認定，「其他認定都是個人解讀」。
