如何避開手機號碼被封鎖

是這樣的 我有重要的事情找他
但他不斷封鎖我的號碼
最後我家電也打過 家人手機也都被封了
連最大絕招 也馬上被封鎖 #31#....
我是中華的 他也是中華
請問有什麼辦法可以避開封鎖嗎?
就是對方沒辦法鎖到我
我也打過公共電話 現在公共電話有號碼了 07開頭的吧
或許跑多一點電話亭是可行的 但太累了

有沒有例如網路電話 或是有浮動號碼的方式可以避開?
付費的沒關西
請求了 我想打到他沒辦法封鎖就會接了吧
