本新聞由公民行動影音紀錄資料庫提供黃耿國，WE公民新聞的公民記者。他不畏身體上的局限，利用空閒時間為台灣社會紀錄了許多有品質的新聞，經常是全程跟拍，從人情趣味到食品安全，還有一系列八八風災的詳盡報導。他拍攝的紀錄片「流失–生命裡的橡皮擦」情感細膩，亦入圍了南方影展。

然而最近，原先本業為販售公益彩券的黃耿國，面臨了轉業的困境。公益彩券發行機構中信銀重新抽籤選擇經銷商的過程中，有不肖業者利用人頭抽籤再轉租營業執照，排擠了真正需要這份資源的族弱勢群。（完整影音報導）
