小確幸！　冷氣團減弱　白天各地回溫

受到大陸冷氣團影響，今天清晨平地最低溫現在新屋的11.8℃，新竹及淡水低溫分別為12.4及12.7℃。中央氣象局表示，昨入夜後到今天清晨是這波大陸冷氣團影響最明顯的時候，今天白天開始冷氣團逐漸減弱，預估北部地區及宜蘭、花蓮高溫約18到20℃，中南部地區及台東高溫約22到25℃。

今天北部、東半部地區及中南部山區仍有短暫雨，尤其基隆北海岸及大台北山區可能有局部大雨發生機會，氣象局也持續發布大雨特報，民眾外出請記得攜帶雨具。

氣象局表示，明天各地氣溫持續回升約2℃左右，不過周三、四受到東北季風影響，北部地區高溫略降約2到3℃，中南部地區日夜溫差超過10℃以上，提醒民眾外出記得添加衣物禦寒。（張勵德／台北報導）
