大衛像成槍枝廣告代言人　義大利批觸法

美國伊利諾伊州一小型武器公司「ArmaLite」，去年5月推出槍枝廣告，以米開朗基羅的大衛像為主角，手持一把步槍，並打上「藝術之作」的標題，這周義大利雜誌「L’Espresso」將這則廣告刊登出來後，引發義大利文化部長法蘭斯契尼（Dario Franceschini）不滿，警告這則廣告侵犯義大利的著作權法，要求立即撤除。

文化部長表示這個持槍大衛像，已經侵犯義大利法律，如果美國公司不立即撤除廣告，當局將會採取法律行動。

義大利政府擁有大衛像的專利權，擅自用於商業用途，就會被視為違法，當局已向美國公司發出法律信函，佛羅倫薩美術學院院長也稱，法律規範大衛像的藝術價值不容被扭曲，「美國槍枝這則廣告，不僅低俗也違法」。（周佩萱／綜合外電報導）
