慣竊假釋出獄又偷車 遭送辦

（中央社記者陳守國金門29日電）設籍金門的許姓慣竊本月中旬假釋出獄，又偷竊機車與洋蔥，被縣府警察局金城分局查獲，送金門地檢署偵辦後被飭回。

金城警分局金城派出所今天表示，26日深夜11時許接獲民眾報案指稱東門市場內一處菜攤有名男子形跡可疑，員警立即趕到現場，在菜攤方圓百公尺內大小巷弄搜尋，10分鐘後找到許姓男子，眼尖的員警發現是剛從金門監獄假釋出獄的慣竊。

員警曉以大義後，許姓慣竊從背包中取出2顆洋蔥，並坦承從菜攤中竊取。

金城派出所與金寧分駐所擴大追查，發現許姓慣竊16日假釋出獄後，上週在金城鎮賢庵里西海路三段竊取一輛輕型機車代步。

金城警分局指出，63歲許姓男子2年前在金城鎮犯下近10起竊盜案，警方移送法辦後被判處有期徒刑3年多，在獄中表現良好，16日從金門監獄假釋出獄。

警方表示，許姓男子出獄後沒有工作，以金城鎮、金寧鄉的老舊工寮、荒廢房子為家，三餐不繼，常以賒帳方式購物，竊取洋蔥可能想「借用」市場內攤位的瓦斯爐烹煮充飢。1030529
