日本傳擬成立武器採購機構 也推外銷

路透引述消息人士說法報導，日本打算成立一個單位來降低政府採購國防相關硬體的成本、研發先進武器及促進武器出口。

成立這個機構的直接目標之一是降低日本採購軍用設備的龐大成本。一名自民黨國會議員說：「我們的目標是降低成本，成立該機構是為了改善採購效率。」

消息人士說，這個提議中的新機構最多會有2,000名員工，可能會從日本企業界和德勤（Deloitte）、KPMG等外國諮詢業者邀請人士擔任顧問。除採購軍用設備外，這個機構也將負責監督技術研究與開發研究所。該研究所是日本主要的武器研究和開發單位。
