請問居住墨爾本的一些問題

前一年是居住在西澳
而今年度七月中移動至墨爾本
因為是冬天的問題
我想請問在墨爾本的同仁們

1.是否下雨很頻繁，所穿的鞋子有沒有甚麼需要注意的，是否需要準備雨鞋之類的?

2.冷的程度可否形容一下?

3.我在墨爾本從七月中開始到明年二月左右，橫跨冬夏天，想請問墨爾本夏天也是很熱穿一件短袖就OK? 還是也是需要加件外套?
