WTO裁決 美對大陸太陽能板課稅違規

世界貿易組織（WTO）14日裁決，美國對中國大陸的鋼鐵製品及太陽能板等多種產品課徵進口稅，違反全球貿易規則。美國先前主張中國大陸政府採取補貼手段，因而對這些產品課徵關稅。

不過WTO三人裁判小組也做出對中國大陸不利的判決；中國大陸反對美國於2012年5月對這些總值達72億美元的產品課徵反補貼稅，結果遭到WTO駁回。
