美國制裁俄銀行 普亭考慮報復

隨著歐美各國12日推出新一波對俄羅斯的制裁，歐盟也宣布將暫停與烏克蘭的自由貿易協定。而美國宣布對俄的進一步制裁，將限制俄銀行在美國市場取得資金。

歐盟表示，為支持烏克蘭和平行動，將延後與烏克蘭的自由貿易協定，到2015年年底實施，並暫時延長對烏克蘭商品的優惠關稅。

同時，美國宣布對俄國的制裁行動。除了俄國石油和國防產業，更進一步限制俄國銀行從美國市場取得資金，其中也首度將俄國資產最多的聯邦儲蓄銀行列入制裁目標內。普亭回應，將考慮對這一波「奇怪的」制裁進行報復行動。
