烘焙業染餿　糕餅公會要求會員不得隱匿

強冠餿水油事件延燒，波及到烘焙業，台北市糕餅商業同業公會今主動通知會員，如有直接或間接使用到受污染或有疑慮的油品，須主動向衛生單位通報，不得隱匿外，更須立台下架受污染的商品，並將原物料封存，配合衛生單位稽核，對消費者負責，公告退費方式。

公會理事長吳官德說，餿水油事件造成台灣食品業嚴重傷害，公會為避免消費恐慌及消費爭議擴大，已主動通知所有會員，必須確實配合，重建客戶信心。(戴安瑋／台北報導)
