擱淺2個多月的貝里斯籍油輪「盛昌號」，竟成戲水客的海上樂園。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，哥淺在高雄旗津海岸的油輪，近日有不少遊客游上傾斜船體探險，甚至還有穿比基尼的外籍女學生在船首拍照留念，卻無相關單位出面制止或驅離，民眾質疑，若船體傾倒或遊客登船受傷，誰該負責。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
