This is my first time going to Tokyo. I gathered as much information as I can and came up this draft itinerary. However, I'm still not sure whether my itinerary makes sense or not. Could the experts please advice?

Dec 28 arrive late at night

Dec 29 築地 -> walk passing 浜離宮恩賜庭園 (will not enter, since the park will be closed on dec 29 according to the internet) -> 水上巴士 (日の出桟橋 hotaluna 10:45) -> 台場: bigsight Comic Market (ends at 4pm), 富士電視台, DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, 看鋼彈 (not sure whether there will be time for JOYPOLIS or 大江戶溫泉物語)

Dec 30 淺草寺 -> skytree -> 秋葉原 -> 銀座 -> 有楽町 -> tokyo station

Dec 31 皇居外苑 (maybe 日本橋 as well) -> 新宿 -> 原宿(maybe) -> 澀谷 -> 代官山(maybe) -> 六本木 (maybe???)

Jan 01 明治神宮 初詣 -> 原宿 -> 竹下通 -> 表參道-> 六本木 -> tokyo tower -> 増上寺 -> 淺草 or 台場 (not sure where else are open on Jan 01)

Jan 02 皇居(maybe, I don't think there will be much time though because the departure time is 11am) -> Narita airport (departure time 11:10)
