慣竊不工作 肚子餓就偷東西變賣

王姓慣竊(59歲，有竊盜、偽造文書前科)不工作、遊手好閒，昨走到台中市豐原區地政事務所前，只因肚子餓就將地面白鐵柵欄偷起，想拿到資源回收廠變賣，徒步中被巡邏警方發現，警員林豐閔調查，王男竊盜前科累累，之前在大白天偷搬麵攤餐車要到回收廠變賣，昨王嫌被抓供稱已2天沒吃東西，警方還準備餅乾、茶水讓王果腹，警訊後將王嫌依竊盜罪嫌移送。
