國際信評機構穆迪 (Moody's Investors Service) 周五將俄羅斯的主權債信評等調降 1級至 Baa2，並維持負面展望。

穆迪在聲明稿指出，「將俄羅斯政府的債信評等調降至 Baa2的首要動力是與俄羅斯早已疲弱的經濟又受到更長期損害有關，這是因為烏克蘭危機持續，且西方對俄羅斯展開額外的制裁行動。」

穆迪也指出，由於資本外流和低油價，俄羅斯外匯部位惡化，這也是此回調降的影響因素之一。
