當個創世神插件和模組(設計)

網路上有許多人提供免費的插件和模組
但是問題是更新速度和BUG太多
已及會發生很多檔案衝突問題
對我們使用者來說很難享受到插件和模組樂趣

我是希望說不如我們自己也來設計插件和模組
但問題是我個人跟本不會寫程式(英文白癡)
也不知道要上哪找人來設計@@
更不知道這樣做是不是需要昂貴的費用...

我想問的問題大概就這樣...
