考委建議專技專利師考試減少考科

考試委員趙麗雲今天在考試院院會指出，大陸專利代理人考試只有3科，都是法律知識及代理實務，不考理工，但台灣目前專技高考專利師考試要考7科，除了法規，還有普通物理與化學，以及工程力學、生物技術等任選1科，外界擔心，大陸積極布局智慧財產產業的同時，台灣恐導致人才流失，建議考選部與用人單位研商修正應試科目及配套措施。
