小米涉侵權在印度被禁

據印度媒體報導，印度德里高等法院周一裁定，小米侵犯了易利信（Ericsson）的專利，並下發禁令要求其停止在當地銷售、進口手機。

印度媒體稱，易利信今年7月曾要求小米為所持有的專利支付費用，但小米並未回覆。易利信發表聲明稱，小米侵犯了該公司的標準核心專利組合（SEP），並無視易利信三年多來的溝通請求，迫使其祭出「採取法律行動」的最後一招，請求法院禁售小米產品。

印度經濟時報報導，小米7月在印度推出高人氣的小米3和低價的紅米1S以來，已賣出超過80萬支智慧型手機。新浪科技分析，由於印度是公認的下一個巨大手機市場，小米若因專利問題無法銷售，將遭受重大打擊。
