大陸人民銀行副行長易綱今天在「中國經濟年會」上表示，今年以來美元是世界第一強貨幣，人民幣在全世界是第二強，而且人民幣的實際有效匯率是升值的。

易綱表示，從供求關係上看，大陸民眾持有人民幣、美元等各種貨幣，對外幣的選擇更多；從技術層面來看，今年以來加大匯率彈性和雙向浮動，今年年初6.06元人民幣兌一美元。四、五月，曾經達到6.25元人民幣兌一美元，9月人民幣又升值到6.1元左右。

易綱表示，到現在為止和年初相比，人民幣兌美元只波動了2%，美元兌歐元的升值超過10%，對日圓的升值超過11%，人民幣相對全世界的貨幣還是比較強的。
