劍潭國宅不是民宿也不是酒店是老社區國宅套房~
劍潭路華齡街口~三角度
生活機能~附近小吃攤便利店藥妝店林立，還有麥當勞非常方便，
剛好房客退租過年前有空~離士林夜市劍潭站步行(谷哥算法)8分鐘~
一張雙人床一張單人床~有浴室~瓦斯爐跟一台冰箱~幾張舊桌椅
祝玩得愉快~
