賊見車禍偷手機吃麵包

〔自由時報記者謝君臨／新北報導〕33歲許姓保全前天凌晨1時在新北市五股區車禍，送醫無大礙，當晚7時許，許男返回車禍現場欲拿取車內三星Note 1手機，發現遭竊，警方透過定位，找到正與友人烤肉準備跨年的黃姓竊嫌，黃男承認犯案，還偷吃了車內的20元麵包；黃男被逮後說，路過車禍現場時，發現車子未上鎖而行竊，看到一塊麵包，感覺很好吃，就順便把它吃了，警員聽後哭笑不得。警詢後依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
