潛力黑馬股／興富發去年EPS 衝12元

產業評析：興富發（2542）去年12月「台北一號院」等大案完工交屋認列，年度營收衝上375.2億元居營建股營收王，年增33%，創新高，獲利挑戰新高，每股稅後純益可望達12元。

看好理由：今年還有「華人匯」、「台北時代廣場」等大案貢獻，營運可望維持高峰，持續具賺一個股本實力。

投資策略：興富發經月餘63~64元盤整後，近期出量突破，16日跌則破5日線，收64.4元，KD高檔向下，惟業績撐盤，偏多看待。
