台鐵地下化恐拖16年~經費若拿去建捷運綠線還有剩~

台鐵負債累累
本來想出售台北機廠改善財務 又被柯P擋下
怎麼有錢出
多出來的錢 不是桃園自己負責 就是向中央哭窮
以台灣的稅收都被軍公教及公職的退休高所得替代比 消耗掉
哪來多出來的錢??
地下化當然比較好,
但根本沒錢就是 乞丐發願做大夢 直接停擺!
其實就是 先紙上作業兩年
等中央執政 才發現中央根本發不出錢
再中央地方拉扯兩年
四年任期結束 還在紙上作業!
