如何不用VPN的方式，控制其他台電腦讓他開啟某個應用程式

請問在Win7 的架構下，有沒有方法可以不使用遠端模式(或VNP)的方式，要求同網域的其他台電腦做事情

就像是 Server 系統可以下指令，部署子機去安裝或執行某個應用程式的效果

我只要可以開啟某個應用程式就好，不需要執行安裝

例如:
打開桌面上的 Adobe Flash Player.exe 的更新程式
