校園反霸凌　朱立倫：讓毒品、黑幫、暴力遠離校園

新北市長朱立倫26日出席在新泰國中舉行的友善校園週活動，強調一個友善的校園需要每位同學、老師、家長一起努力，用團隊的力量讓毒品、黑道、霸凌事件徹底遠離校園。並指102年結合教育、警察、衛生、社會等成立高關懷青少年通報中心，給予特別需要關懷的孩子協助與輔導，避免他們誤入歧途，希望孩子們都能快樂學習並在平安中長大。

教育局表示，103年校園藥物濫用相較102年下降近20%，且校園霸凌案件也下降近21%。指這次新北市友善校園週以「友善校園有正義，拒絕霸凌無畏懼」為宣導主題，希望學校及鄰近社區皆能對相關議題有更清楚的認識。並加強友善校園教育宣導，提高學校教職員對校園霸凌事件敏感度。
