事情是這樣的我騎著改裝車
去外面拍照拍照同時我拿著口罩
擋住我的車牌警察就來了
說我擋住車牌無法辨認車牌多少

我跟他說我只是拍照而已
沒必要這樣吧
他就開了這條我滿淡定的給他開
事後我問警察開多少
他說去監理站訊問

上面有打勾須至應到案處所聽候裁決

我是否能申訴 ?
另外如果成功機率幾成
如果沒過會罰多少錢是否會吊銷行照還是駕照還是車牌
