2015下載了楓之谷跟Beanfun卻不能玩?

我下載了楓之谷 Beanfun也跟著一起被下載下來了!!
可是點擊Bf卻說"找不到應用程式"
點擊了楓之谷"沒反應"
於是我到bf直接登入帳號→啟動遊戲
卻顯示"無法顯示您的遊戲安裝狀態"
"已安裝待確認" →有時按這個會在桌面找到"楓之谷"
有時則找不到
有找到會叫我關掉bf從新開啟
但還是一樣顯示 "無法顯示您的遊戲安裝狀態" ...
"未安裝需下載"→按這個會顯示原本下載的地方Q~Q

吼~~~~
很煩啦!!!!!!!!
誰能教我這個電腦白痴
