EXCEL IF的設定問題

知識家的各位大家好，

想請問各位，我想要篩選出以下資料，凡是>0.5及年度小於前一個年度的值，值為1，其他則設為0，但是必須先符合>0.5 之後才能考慮是否大於前一個年度的值，只要沒>0.5 則設為0 ，>0.5又大於上一個年度的值就設為1

範例如下：

2010年

2011年

2012年

2013年

2014

年

0.5694	0.5193	0.5872	0.5708	0.3967
0.0769	0.0737	0.0715	0.0701	0.0699
0.3055	0.1269	0.1201	0	0

像是第一個橫排 0.5694 那排，其值大於 0.5的值設為1 則是， 1 1 1 1 0 這樣，但是因為我還要他們符合第二個條件也就是大於下一個年度的值，有2010年0.5694、 2012年0.5872 、2013年0.5708這幾年符合，所以正確的值為 1 0 1 1 0 這樣，能請您們幫我設計一個公式嗎? 因為我有很多筆，麻煩您們了，非常感謝。
