澳洲零售業銷售數字高於預期月增0.7%

《MarketWatch》報導，澳洲統計局週二表示， 2 月國內零售業表現月增 0.7%，高於經濟學家預計的 0.4%，原因在於生活用品及食物零售的銷售數字上升。

澳洲零售業數字表現較預期好，適逢 18 個月以來澳洲央行首次降息，目前澳洲利息為2.25%，創史上新低，這也使房地產市場更加蓬勃發展，而民眾對家電與家具也有穩定需求。

百貨業表現則不如零售業，下滑 3.2%，呈現自去年 8 月以來最大的跌幅。

澳洲統計局也修正 1 月銷售表現，從 0.4% 上修為 0.5%。
