施明德：馬先生有沒有把事情想清楚？

民進黨前主席施明德上午在出席台灣民主基金會活動，針對關說案，施明德表示，他沒有要替王院長說什麼話，但「你要快速的指控人，馬先生快速果斷的來做，你有沒有把整個事情思考？」否則以後檢察官又濫權起訴、上訴，要怎麼辦？公理並非只占在權力的一方。

施明德指出，除了恐龍法官之外，檢察官們自以為是天職、上帝、正義的天使，一再起訴，輸了還要再起訴、再上訴，上訴有錢拿，被上訴的人卻被折磨得不得了，這些「都成為台灣的公害之一了」。

施明德提到，台灣有很多關說文化，關說、拜託、懇求可能因人而異，一介平民說出來的話，可能是懇求，同樣一件事情，「院長做起來就變成關說了」。
