標題[問題] 公司的上班時數、特休的問題

目前已待滿1年半，我有幾個疑慮，查了勞基法發現這好像違法耶 我不知道該怎麼跟老闆娘提，會不會提了我就黑的發亮??= =a 有問其他同事了，他們都想問但又不敢問，也叫我先不要提先吞下來 唉~~~~~好悶!!!!想爭取自己的權益又想保住自己的工作，怎辦QQ ===========================公司現況============================ 特休滿一年只有3天..累積幾年的年資還是一樣3天 上班時間是8:00~17:30，午休12:00~12:45 一天上班時數為8.75小時 而且還是隔週休，週六都是要上8.75小時... 今年做滿1年有調薪6%，年終固定一個月(全薪) 它唯一的優點是...不管事情有沒有做完，還是可以準時下班 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.60.128.85
