空軍航技學院心衛座談　講授情緒管理

（軍聞社記者姜大宇高雄八日電）空軍航空技術學院為強化輔導效能，提昇學校學員、生心理健康素養，今天邀請東方技術學院軍訓室主任蔣遠平少將，以「做好情緒管理，開創人生勝利契機」為題，實施「心理衛生講座」。

　航院校長李國祥少將表示，此次透過「心理衛生講座」活動，能讓全校師、生培養正面的思考與做好情緒管理，積極營造包容、關懷的氛圍，建立優質的校園環境，有效提昇個人的競爭力。

　隨後，蔣遠平以輕鬆活潑的方式，向與會人員分享自己在工作中有關情緒管理與溝通的經驗與技巧，並鼓勵大家要學會在工作中享受生活。

講座最後，李院長並代表學校致贈蔣遠平感謝狀，同時在該校師、生熱烈的掌聲中，劃下圓滿句點。
