標題[請益] 新電腦不定時關機或畫面凍結

cpu: amd FX-6300 MB : 微星970A-G43 VGA: 微星R7850-1gd5/oc ram: 美光4g/1600 新裝的電腦，一開始是無法開機，或是突然當機(突然沒畫面，主機燈不亮，要關power) ，送回廠商說這批power有問題，已經換了別牌的power 主機版也有換新品，同樣是970A-G43 現在是新的power，主機板也換新 可以正常開機，但是有時會突然當機 (無畫面，主機燈有亮，風扇有轉，要長按關機紐才能關機) 1 測試遊戲激戰2，載入遊戲讀取地圖都正常，開始玩約十秒就會當機 2 測試外接usb，連續重複播放影片一整晚都沒當機 3 測試上網youtube，看一看就會突然當機 今天重灌電腦完，尚未安裝程式跟驅動程式， 仍是不定時會當機，所以猜測應該不是軟體的問題造成當機？ 安裝amd顯卡的驅動程式，安裝過程中就會當機，所以到現在都無法順利安裝 用memtest測試記憶體，開始跑約5秒就一定會當機 power跟主機板都是新品，所以應該是別的問題嗎？ 電壓部份，主機沒有用延長線，平時用別台電腦跟ps3等電器都正常， 不確定是否電壓問題？ 已送回店家兩次，店家有換新品，且說有燒機測試，但寄回我這都仍有當機問題 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.66.216
