腰圍超標 父母也可能有糖尿病

千禧之愛健康基金會最新調查，40到49歲腰圍超標的族群，同住家人約34.9%有糖尿病，其中有近18.1%父母也有糖尿病，這個族群所生子女也有近五分之一有腰圍超標的問題。

中華民國糖尿病衛教學會理事長游能俊醫師說，若沒有健康的生活形態以及正確的糖尿病知識，家庭成員很容易成為糖尿病候選人。

千禧之愛健康基金會董事潘文涵表示，高纖與深綠色的蔬食，搭配每日健走，能有效降低罹患糖尿病的風險。
