今晨淡水低溫僅12.3度　白天各地晴到多雲

【張勵德／台北報導】受到大陸冷氣團籠罩及輻射冷卻效應雙重影響，今天清晨淡水出現攝氏12.3度低溫，再次創下今年入秋以來新低溫紀錄，嘉義低溫也只有攝氏13度，宜蘭為攝氏13.6度。

中央氣象局表示，今天白天各地維持晴到多雲的穩定天氣，白天高溫比昨天略高1度，北部地區及宜蘭約攝氏22度，中部及花東地區約攝氏23到25度，南部地區高溫約攝氏27度；低溫方面，中部以北及宜蘭地區約攝氏13到14度，南部及花東地區約攝氏17到18度，日夜溫差較大。

氣象局預估，這波大陸冷氣團預計影響到明天清晨，明天白天開始冷氣團逐漸減弱，各地氣溫會緩步回升，不過因水氣增加，北部、東半部地區及中南部山區將轉為有短暫雨的天氣，其他地區維持多雲到晴。
