【胡治言／綜合報導】網路近日流傳一則「霸佔位子珍珠哥」影片，影片中男子用行李佔位，同車老伯勸他讓座，男子回嗆、還拿珍珠丟老伯，離譜行徑引發網友瘋傳，影片上傳不到2天已逾7萬人次點閱，網友批「這人是垃圾」。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，經查，老伯是退休的警察大學副教授林茂雄（71歲），也是鑑識專家李昌鈺的大弟子，林茂雄昨說，當時是要提醒年輕人佔位子行為不當，沒想到惹火對方。但林也說，不希望社會大眾苛責該男，盼此事讓社會更和諧。
