全球遺失護照隱藏恐攻危機

馬航失聯班機上，兩名乘客持遭竊護照搭機，這兩本遭竊護照的資料早已登錄在國際刑警組織資料庫當中。資料庫目前總共登錄了4000多萬筆失竊旅遊證件的資料，移民署副署長黃榮村說，因台灣並非國際刑警組織成員國，相關資料台灣無法掌握。

立委葉宜津質疑，馬航事件凸顯出遺失護照遭冒用搭機，成了全球飛安漏洞的嚴重問題，但台灣竟然對於全球失竊護照，沒法掌握。她要求檢討，加強移民署出入境管理及航警局安全檢查作業，補齊這個漏洞。

黃榮村說，外國人士在台灣丟失護照，會登錄留下紀錄。台灣人護照在國外丟失，也可透過報案登錄後註銷護照，但是外國人在外國丟掉護照，台灣確實毫無辦法得知。
