英國SOHO族工時長卻賺的少

英國政府資料顯示，英國自雇人士比受雇人員更認真工作，但賺的錢卻比較少。

國家統計局（ONS）資料顯示，2008年金融危機使自雇人士數量激增，自2008年以來創造的110萬個工作機會中，就有三分之二是自雇工作。

ONS表示，許多自雇人士的工時偏高，但薪資卻較低。逾13%自雇人士每周工作60小時以上，比率遠高於受雇人員的4%，但平均薪資自金融危機以來大跌超過兩成，2012/13年度的周薪中位數減至207英鎊（343美元）。

ONS指出，自雇人士的平均年齡為47歲，較受雇人員老七歲，且43%的自雇人士年齡大於或等於50歲。符合領取退休金資格的自雇人士人數也從2009年的24.1萬人幾乎倍增至2014年的42.8萬人。

ONS先前表示，金融危機後自雇人士激增的主因是愈來愈多人選擇晚退休，而非想自行創業的人數暴增。
