台南‧東區 榮譽街林媽媽麵館 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/107323036 地址：台南市東區榮譽街202號 營業時間：11:00-20:00 消費時間：2014.10 價目表：網誌有 店家資訊若有異動，請以最新公告為準。 榮譽街上有不少間麵店，其中靠近崇明路口的地方， 有間林媽媽麵館，在這一帶相當知名。 廚房位在外頭，由家人一同經營，用餐時間生意極好， 內用的話常常要併桌，可入內先找座位後再到外頭點餐， 不用劃單直接吩咐即可。 麻醬乾麵(小)$45、餛飩湯$25、滷菜$45 麵可選粗或細條，煮出來的麵條不會太軟， 保持了一定的彈性，而雖然是小碗， 但價錢跟一般店家的大碗差不多， 個人建議點小碗即可，因為份量很大，吃完超飽。 餛飩湯就是便宜大碗了，而且菜肉餛飩口感相當好吃。 滷味的醬汁味道也很合我口味，林媽媽還有兩個必殺技， 就是放在某一桌上的酸菜辣椒及辣椒醬油， 真的會辣且爆汗，吃起來蠻爽的。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.2.27 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1413727507.A.518.html
