我最近錄取了某間大廠（非科技廠） 不過是派遣職，我說明一下薪資待遇 該公司位於中部，早八晚五 表定上班時間7:50 但實際上大概7:25左右要到公司 因為到公司之後還得走大約10～15分鐘的腳程才能到職場 日薪1000，週休二日 工作內容算是 生產線機械組裝 薪水算整個月的（約30K)+全勤2000 沒有年終，只有所謂期滿獎金30K 期滿獎金就是 整年度出勤率達95%以上又有續簽才有 想轉正得通過公司內部考核（筆試+面試）， 但是上下班騎機車的路程一趟要30分鐘 雖然薪水很高，但是我不知道 自己未來想往哪方面發展，感覺就是盲目的在賺錢 我不知道該不該繼續待著，今天是上班的第二天,但是心裡卻一直猶豫著… 好像不管做什麼工作，心都定不下來… 上班也覺得好無力… 前兩份工作都是作業員， 或許是因為遇到的同事都還不錯 才會有繼續待下去的動力 但也因為薪水太少而離開 朋友建議我繼續升學 可是我不知道我想學什麼 想讀什麼科系，我23歲了 再讓我讀四年的書 等到畢業都27 28了，差人一大截 我現在只希望能存錢買一台車 存錢帶我家人出國玩 但是這些目標讓我覺得好難實現 也不知道怎麼去實現… 另外我想請教各位鄉民 若各位現在找工作的話會以什麼為參考 是週休二日? 還是同事之間要好相處? 還是另有其他因素? 如果週休二日，月薪23K 作業員 早八晚五 各位是否會考慮? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.80.183.13 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1413882595.A.E70.html
