瓦斯熱水器問題~

我們使用的是桶裝瓦斯熱水器，要洗澡時，需先將水龍頭打開看水量，水如果是小的，那麼轉到熱水也一樣是冷水；如果水變大了，那麼就有熱水。

我们已經習慣要等水量變大才洗澡，一進去洗到結束都沒有熱水不夠的問題。

但有室友反應，她開著水龍頭，直到水量變大還沒進去洗(她開的是熱水)，後來她洗到一半發現水溫忽冷忽熱，查看瓦斯熱水器也都沒有問題。

請問這是什麼因素造成?
