噴射機車有這麼不勘使用嗎

請問我的新競戰是2010購買
里程數目前是21000公里
平時按照公里換原廠4s機油齒輪油 5000換空濾
1萬公里 2萬公里大保養皮帶洗噴射都做了
車子未做改裝

問題

昨天下班牽去換機油順便跟師傅說
我只要騎乘快一點停紅燈就熄火而且很難發動
只要騎快停紅燈很容易熄所以也不敢騎快

那位師傅說你要騎快不能騎慢
不然很容易燃燒不完全積碳
後來他卸下汽門做測試果然漏汽缸也幾碳
汽門汽缸全換7250元。
我很猶豫要不要花這錢
可是每天從板橋到林口要經過青山路（有點抖山路）怕熄火還是花了7250 我也不懂車子

請問那位師傅應該沒有騙人吧 7250價錢ok嗎

另外如果考慮換檔車的話（考慮山路）
也只有噴射

有人給我建議嗎
