烏克蘭撤軍親俄民兵高樓插旗

烏克蘭總統波洛申科下令自傑巴利采韋撤軍後，親俄民兵便宣稱已完全控制傑巴利采韋，並在城中的一處高樓插上印有新俄羅斯國徽的軍旗。

「明斯克協議2．0」自2月15日生效以來，烏克蘭東部多數衝突地區大致遵守停火協議，唯獨鐵路樞紐城市傑巴利采韋（Debaltseve），政府軍和民兵仍激烈交鋒。

波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）18日宣布，政府軍採取「有計畫和組織的」撤離行動，從親俄民兵所包圍的傑巴利采韋撤軍。

根據俄羅斯國營電視台第一頻道（Channel One）報導，在烏軍撤出後不久，即有民兵於傑巴利采韋的列寧街一處高樓豎起印有新俄羅斯國徽（Novorossiya）的軍旗。

頓內茨（Donetsk）人民共和國國會發言人普金（Andrey Purgin）對外表示，目前烏軍已大部分撤出，整座城市80%都在他們的掌控下。

所謂的「新俄羅斯」，是去年5月由聲稱自烏克蘭獨立的盧甘斯克人民共和國和頓內茨人民共和國所組成的邦聯。
