您好:經過洪仲丘事件後，看新聞說軍法官和軍法檢察官已經裁撤了，想請問現在軍法官和軍法檢察官到底是怎麼一回事?
A:
一、非在此行業只窺得一角，無法窺竟全貌；新聞報導是錯誤的訊息，國防大學國防管理學院法律系，現今每年仍有招收少量的法律系學生，該系學生畢業後需經過軍法官考試通過，也可選擇司法官考試；始可任職軍法官或軍事檢察官。
二、現今的軍法官均編入軍級以上層級，成立法律服務組，對官士兵定期實施法律宣教及法律服務，另仍提供軍方對外招標工程的一些法律事務性工作。感謝您!
