【Dr說】恐怖喔　低血壓也會中風

多數人都知道高血壓沒有控制好可能會中風，卻不知低血壓也有類似風險，台大醫院家庭醫學部主治醫師姚建安說，血壓偏低也會造成中風，因為當血壓不足時，灌注到腦部的血液流量會下降，若下降太多，便會頭暈，甚至休克，一旦休克，腦部便可能缺氧，此刻即有中風危險。

姚建安表示，治療低血壓一般不會立即用藥，因為若服用升血壓藥，一旦產生高血壓，問題更棘手，通常會先建議患者平時稍微吃鹹一點，再觀察血壓有無上升，如效果不彰，且已因低血壓反覆發生頭暈現象，才會考慮用藥控制。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
