怎麼讓白鐵物品粘接在塑膠材質上面

小弟有一台可樂桶泡沫機～～
桶子上面有兩個孔，一個進氣一個出氣
前幾天出氣孔的那邊整個頭噴起來脫落～
我試過很種膠粘接都接不住～
風一插上去整個出氣孔的頭都噴起來～
我想問的是怎麼把他粘接住然後又可以承受進氣風的壓力
頭的材質應該是白鐵，桶的材質應該是塑膠～
我看他本來的膠是一種黑色然後硬硬的但又不像是矽利康
