被控圖利山坡地主北市內湖區長恐羈押

士林地檢署偵辦台北市內湖區公所涉嫌圖利山坡地地主案，日前聲押內湖區長林世崇和承辦人郭文德，一審法院將林無保請回、裁定郭羈押禁見。檢方不服林未遭羈押，抗告至台灣高等法院，高院今天撤銷原裁定、發回一審法院重新更裁。
