夏張會陸客中轉等擬列議題

陸委會夏立言今天說，與中國大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室主任張志軍的「夏張會」在規劃中，可能討論陸客中轉、觀光客保險等問題。

立法院院會今天進行行政院長毛治國施政總質詢，行政院大陸委員會（簡稱陸委會）主任委員夏立言晚間在立法院會後受訪表示，下個月可能展開下一回合的貨貿諮商，至於貨貿要談那些議題？他表示，貨貿由經濟部主談。

夏立言表示，假如將來兩岸事務首長見面可能討論包括陸客中轉、觀光客保險、金門漂流垃圾、自來水、抽砂、捕魚等問題。
