5月中二人北海道自駕遊~請給點意見!

我跟老公剛預訂了5月中,7日6夜機票到北海道自駕遊,但住宿還没有定下來,現想先定下基本行程,再訂住宿的地方!

預計基本行程
DAY 1 > ETA 15:00新千歲 > 札幌 > 宿札幌
DAY 2 > 取車出發往函館 > 宿函館
DAY 3 > 函館 > 宿登別/洞爺湖 (請問從函館前往哪個點較順?是否都差不多?)
DAY 4 > 宿登別/洞爺湖
DAY 5 > 宿富良野/美瑛 (看到大家都是預訂民宿,有推介嗎?能在網路上預訂嗎,因不太懂日文,不便打電話! 其實富良野/美瑛在5月中有花開了嗎?另外我上網看到櫻花花期是在5月初至中旬,到時候是否隨處可見?)
DAY 6 > 富良野/美瑛 > 小樽 > 宿札幌 (其實這個路線是否不太順,是否在走回頭路?小樽是否應在前一天去,但前一天預計留在富良野/美瑛的,很苦惱!請各位指教一下!)
DAY 7 > 札幌 > 新千歲 ETD 16:40

小樽是否晚上去才有氣氛?因我們是打算DAY 6晚上回札幌住宿和還車的,因不想第7天回程太趕,可以在札幌閒逛一下,下午便出發去機場!
