歐巴馬對俄再制裁 普亭：兩國進死胡同

由於俄羅斯持續在烏克蘭交界集結部隊，美國總統歐巴馬在白宮記者會上宣布，將對俄國進行新一波的經濟制裁，範圍遍及俄國知名銀行、石油公司與槍械製造商。

不過目前人在巴西出訪的俄羅斯總統普亭（Vladimir Putin）接受記者提問時回應，這樣的制裁會讓兩國步入「死胡同」（into a corner）。

美方這波制裁會讓俄國銀行不能再接受美國企業的營運融資。除了美國，歐盟也對俄國實施更嚴厲的制裁，要求歐洲投資銀行（European Investment Bank）不要再與俄國簽署新的金融協定。
